About:Harbin Ice Festival

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced hotel or place to stay for 3 nights in Harbin. Ive stayed at [so called] Chinese *5 star* hotels which actually turn out to have had a few stars fallen off so I'm not interested in stars,only price in RMB.I'll be there on Dec 26 '08 [soon]

Try the Zhengmingjinjiang Hotel. About $100 U.S. per night.
