About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I need a Police Clearance from China for my Immigration purposes. I've called all your consulates and embassies but in vain. I also asked the Philippine Consulate in Guangzhou as well to secure a police clearance on my behalf but they said I shuld apply in person. Do you know an easier way to get one because I need it soon. Many Thanks.

I am curious if you could sort out this problem. I have the same problem of getting a police clearence from China? What to do??Please help!
