Ms.Kevin Huang, it's true that you need to send the Invitation Letter and photocopy of your company's Registration License stamped by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of China to your customer. however, the Invitation Letter is not needed to be stamped by the Foreign Economic Relations Commission of China.

Besides the above two documents sent by you, your customer also need provide his original passport, completed visa application form of China attached a passport size photo when submiting visa application. Under some circumstances, the applicants may be required to provide financial proof, a copy of Chinese hotel booking and return flight ticket booking.

4 working days is usually needed to process a visa application. The duration of stay is usually 30 days. If your customers successfully apply for a multiple entries F visa, he can stay in China for 60 days at most each time. But the entry numbers and stay duration is subject to the decision of consul officials.
