Yes, Indonesian citizens are eligible and they can apply for Shenzhen 5 day VOA. The best place to apply for Shenzhen VOA is Lo Wu / Luohu border crossing. It is easily reachable from the center of Hong Kong by MTR East Rail Line. Have a nice visit to Shenzhen.1
