About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

240 hr transit visa

hi, I want to travel to China in march, I am a us citizen, travel route Sfo>beijing>Shanghai>New Delhi.
do I qualify for 240 hr visa free transit scheme? if yes how do I apply for it?

Yes, you will apply for it at Beijing airport after arrival with your flight ticket to New Delhi in hand and hotel reservation in China. And before you fly to China, remember to fill in the online arrival card in advance through nia.gov.cn.
