About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Twov 240 hour

I am Indonesia citizen, I booked flight from jakarta to chengdu ( transit xiamen) by xiamen airlines. From chengdu I plan to take train to chongqing. And from chongqing will go to hongkong ( 2 days) by plane.
The question is... If before returning to Indonesia, from hongkong i will enter china again ( Kunming, Dali, Lijiang) and then return to indonesia, can I use twov a second time?

Yes, your itinerary:

Indonesia - mainland China - Hong Kong - mainland China - Indonesia

Is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit - twice. It is important to understand that you will have to buy your exit ticket for Hong Kong before you approach check-in in Jakarta because you will be asked to present that ticket at the check-in and also upon landing in Xiamen. You will perform all the formalities (240 hour visa free transit, immigration...) in Xiamen because it will be your first point of landing in China.

You can enter mainland China from Hong Kong to mainland China by high speed train or plane, but even here you will have to buy your exit ticket to Indonesia before you arrive at Hong Kong airport or West Kowloon train station. One word of warning. It is allowed to visit Kunming, Dali and Lijiang when traveling on 240 hour visa free transit, but Shagri-La city is not allowed to visit when traveling on this scheme. Have a nice visit to China.
