About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Will I qualify for a 240 hour visa free transit?

I am flying from Bangkok on August 26 and arriving at 7:10. The I leave Beijing to Tokyo on September 5th at 12:45.
I'm nervous because its 11 days... but also saw that the time is counting at 00 the next day?

You should not worry. The day of your arrival in China is not counted against your 240 allowed hours (10 days). You are allowed to arrive on August 26th and leave China on September 5th definitely. Also, your itinerary is eligible as well. You are good to go and I wish you a nice visit to China.
