Nigerian Passport with Malaysia's spouse visa application to visit China

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently submitted my visa application online, but it was rejected with the reason stating that I need to apply based on my home country. However, I am currently residing in Malaysia with a spouse visa. The application guidelines on the website indicate that I should apply through the application center in Kuala Lumpur, and my itinerary also includes a return flight to Kuala Lumpur.

Could you kindly advise on how I should proceed? Would it be possible for me to walk in and apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur?

Thank you for your assistance.

If you are a long-term legal resident there, you need to upload your legal redidency permit and your spouse visa to prove your legality.

Yes, it's the right thing to do and it's alright as Bahasa is the official language.
