About:China Talent Visa

R visa and spouse

Hi, I got the letter for the confirmation of high foreign talent. Now, I want to apply for visa including my spouse. The same letter will work for my spouse, right? And my spouse will get R visa or S1 visa?

Your spouse needs to apply for an S1 visa. The R visa will help her when applying for the S visa.
