Transfer flight issue

“If I fly from Ulaanbaatar to Beijing and land at Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital Airport at 09:45, then go through immigration and return to Terminal 3 to check in for the 12:15 flight to Macau, will I have enough time?”

Yes, actually if you hold interline ticket, you don't need to go through immigration and customs, just a security check.
