TWOV apply?

I am flying to Singapore, but want to visit China for 10 days. I cannot do one stop to China, so it has to be multi stop to 3 countries, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore and return back, would TWOV apply here as I do not have China Visa, I am UK passport holder. Thank you

Yes, HK is considered the third country or region, so you can apply for 240h visa-free transit in Mainland China.
