The citizens of the Philippines are formally and technically eligible for Zhuhai 3 day visa on arrival, but their real success rate is definitely an ambiguous one and in some instances even quite poor. I would suggest you to postpone your visit to Shenzhen or to obtain a Chinese visa in advance. The risk to be refused is relatively high, so why risking a stressful situation. I hope this helps.0
