How can I make video interview?

I already submitted my application documents for the L visa to China. The application status indicate that I need to "Make an appointment for the video interview. The Embassy/Consulate needs you to attend a video interview. You may be asked some questions during the video interview to verify the information in your application form." However, there is no option to make video interview. It shows " No appointments can be made for this time being". So I am confused. Can you please advise how I should proceed? Thanks!

I've received very prompt response from the China Visa Office via email. I'd post here so that other folks know what to do. Here is the response:

"You do not need to have a video interview ... After the application form showing “”Passport to be submitted” status, visa applicant or agent should submit passport, application info-page with barcode and other original documents as required to the Visa Office within the office hours. No appointment required."
