Permit to Shoot a School Video

How much would a permit cost to shoot a video (only for educational purposes) at one of the studios?
I would bring a class of film students there from Shanghai American School as an educational experience.

As all I know, you need to rent a venue to shoot a video. The venue fees vary a lot. It may cost CNY 1,000 - 5,000 for a small one.
