Yes, your "triangle" itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit. I would like to inform you that when traveling on 240 hour visa free transit you are not limited to Shenzhen city limits, but you are allowed to travel to other Chinese areas as well, all the way to Beijing or Xi'an if you want. Here it is important to understand that you will have to buy your Shenzhen (Shekou port) to Macau ferry ticket in advance (even before your departure from Hong Kong toward Shenzhen) through TurboJet ferry website that operates on the route. It is highly advisable to print out that ticket or at least to have it as a screenshot. You will be asked to present that ticket in Hong Kong at the time of your departure from Hong Kong toward Shenzhen (Shekou port) and also upon your arrival in Shenzhen (Shekou port). You will have three ferry rides, but to change it, I would advise you to use a HZMB bridge from Macau to Hong Kong in order to experience/taste this marvel of the engineering. You can use a bus for this route. Also, it is essential to travel by ferry from Hong Kong to Shenzhen (Shekou port) and also from Shenzhen (Shekou port) to Macau. Have a nice visit to China.
