About:China Visa Fees

240h visa free transit

240h visa free transit
We are UK citizens travelling first to Nepal, couple of days in Nepal, followed by flying to China for 10 days, coming back to Nepal and then returning back to UK. Now would the 240h Transit Visa be acceptable or do we need to apply for the Tourist visa?

As you will fly back to Nepal after travel in China, it is considered a round trip which is not eligible for the 240h visa-free transit. It is advised to fly back to UK directly from China without a layover in Nepal, or to another third country or region other than Nepal to fit in the 240, or apply for a visa in advance.
