Issaka, July 29 is the “Enter before” date on your visa or not? If yes, it means that you need to enter Mainland China before July 29, not the date you need to leave. When you need to leave depends on the duration of stay.
If it’s the departure date you counted based on the entry date and duration, it means that you have overstayed. Immediately go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB (Public Security Bureau) to apologize and explain the reasons. Maybe you don’t need to pay the fine.
