240 hour free visa exit from Guangzhou to Hongkong by Train

I'm flying to Chengdu from Macau and plan to get 240 hours free Visa. Can I exit from Guangzhou to Hong Kong by train? If yes, which train station? Thanks in advance.

Yes, Mary, you can. Both Guangzhou South Railway Station and Guangzhou East Railway Station operate high speed trains to HK. And your exit formality from Mainland will be done in HK.
