About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

240 hrs visa free transit

Hello,
For a Canadian passport holder I want to confirm for the 240 hrs visa free transit if I am flying from KUL airport on sept 1st to PVG stay 6 days then fly to CSX Airport on on sept 7th with no hotel stay because I have a later flight to PEK on the same day sept 7th with a hotel stay in PEK will this be an issue? Also, on the 9th of sept I fly out of PKX to NRT does it matter that I fly out of a different airport in Beijing instead of the same airport I arrived from? Thank you in advance.

I confirm that your entire itinerary is without any doubt eligible for 240 hour visa free transit and you can proceed with your travel plan with absolute peace of mind. It is perfectly fine to travel via Changsha without a hotel accommodation and also it is perfectly fine to leave mainland China from an airport that is different than the airport you have used to enter the country. In reality, you should just have ready the accommodation for the first overnight because you will be asked to name your hotel. After that, everything is up to your choice, but you will really have to take exactly that flight (to NRT in your case) that you have presented at the moment of your entry into China. Have a nice and enjoyable visit.
