Visit the pandas

Hello There
I'm traveling trough china in October / November this year. In Chengdu I want wo visit the panda's.
I read now on your page that there are more options to choose.
Which is the most animal-friendly one? Or which one would you recommend. What's the difference between the Dujiangyan Panda Base and the Valley?
I would like to do this Volunteer-Program if possible. What do I have to do for this? Do I need tickets in advance? it says you must not suffer from an infectious disease, do I have to be able to prove this somehow? How long would this take?
What about the Ya'an Bifengxia Base?
Is there a possibility to see pandas in the wildlife?

Thank you for your help & have a nice day

Chengdu Panda Base is near the downtown so most tourists go there. Dujiangyan Panda Valley is closer to Dujiangyan downtown and it also houses many cute red pandas, so I personally recommend the panda valley. Dujiangyan panda base is pretty far but you can do volunteer work there to get closer to pandas while still cannot hug or even touch pandas. Wolong Shenshuping Panda Base also runs volunteer program. I don't see any documents needed as a proof of no infectious disease at present but you do need to sign a contract.
It's impossible to see pandas in the wildlife.
