What is the best way to travel to Hong Kong from Longnan Jingxi?

I want to reach Hong Kong by around 2.00 PM

By train you need a transfer in Shenzhen.
Recommended route:
K731 from Longnan to Dongguan East, departs at 22:31
G6531 from Dongguan South to West Kowloon, arrives at 08:47
From Dongguan East to Dongguan South, you can take bus no. 720, taking about 80min.
