About:Macau Visa Policy

Visa upon arrival application

I'm citizen of Laos and will be visiting Macau for travelling soon next week. I would like to know what are the required documents to apply visa upon arrival at Macau International Airport.

Valid passport and travel materials to prove your activities in Macau such as flight tickets, accommodation reservation and trip itineraries

Thank you for your response. I will be staying for 5 days, and as I know 5000 MOP is required. May I know if MOP currency is needed or Korean won, Hongkong dollars, etc which is equivalent to 5000 MOP is alright as well.

For all I know, you only need to prove that you are able to live in Macau for your stay period, so cash or credit cards and electronic payment tools with balances equivalent to MOP 5,000 are accepted.
