Maria, unfortunately, your itinerary is not eligible for 240 hour visa free transit because it could not be considered as a transit, but just as around trip from Singapore to China. I would like to stress that the essence of 240 hour visa free transit is that the immediate points before and after mainland China have to be in two different countries or eligible territories (eligible territories are Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). As you can see, your both immediate points are in one and the same country - Singapore. If you plan to be eligible for 240 hour visa free transit, you should introduce a third country or eligible territory to look, for example, like this: Singapore - mainland China - Hong Kong - Singapore. I hope you can adapt/alter your itinerary to be in accordance with 240 hour visa free transit.
