Travelling UK to HK for 5 days & then from HK to Shanghai for 5 days returing to the UK from Shangha

London to HK for 5 days
Day 5 fly to Shanghai for 5 days before flying direct to London from Shanghai.
Is the Visa 240 programme open to me?
