Shenzhen 5 Day Visa

I am from the US going to Tokyo and then to HK. I would like to go to Shenzhen for 5 days from HK. Where do I go to apply for the 5 day VOA. for 130 CNY. Is there only one location to apply for this VOA. Do I apply on the day that I want to enter Shenzhen or can it be done a day before. Also what is the definition for 5 day in terms of booking for hotel. is it 4 nights?

You can apply for the VOA at Luohu, Huanggang and Shekou Port on-site upon arrival. You entry day will be considered the first day, so it's 4 nights.
