240 hour visa free transit eligibility

Can you let me know if the following itinerary qualifies for the 240 hour visa free transit with a US passport? I will only stay in China for 2 nights.

US —> Hong Kong —> Macau —> Shenzhen Shekou Port —> Hong Kong —> US
