Travel to China

I have a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, but after marriage, I changed my last name, and it shows in my US passport. So my question is, when I travel from US to China using my US passport, can I still use my Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, with a different last name from my US passport, to enter China ? Thank you.

I'm afraid you can't and the travel permit is often used to travel between HK/Macau and Mainland China. So if you go to Mainland China from HK/Macau, not from US, then you can use the permit and you HK ID card, note that the name on the permit and ID card should be exactly the same.
