Dear Sir/Madam, I have a friend from China, who gave birth to a baby boy in Malaysia around 2 months ago. She plans to apply for the baby's passport on 03.02.25 (Monday). May I know what documents my friend should prepare, which office and department to go to and whether the Embassy is operating on that date?
