Train tickets

Hello, I would like to buy high speed train tickets in April which is some time away and tickets go on sale 15 days before travel but on your website I’m able to buy now for April. What are the chances of a guaranteed ticket if I buy with you? 50% chance or full guarantee? Thanks

Thank you for writing to us. There is no such thing as 50% chance, only 100% which means we successfully get the ticket, or 0% which means we fail. But the 0% seldom happen. On one hand, we always grab the ticket at the very first time they are released by the official. One the other hand, we provide optional choice for our guests which has similar departure and arrival time with the original one. If you still feel worried, just tell us your second and even third choices when making the order. Have a nice day~
