can i obtain a chinese visa from the embassy/consulate in nicosia?

I am a British subject living in North Cyprus. I visited China last and obtained the entry permit in London, since at that time I was residing in the UK.RegardsDavid Smith

I am afraid that you can't. According to another guy who live in North Cyprus, he tried to apply in Nicosia but the embassy didn't issue it to him. So you'd better go back to apply from the CVASC branches in UK.
