Bus routes and timetables

Where are the bus stops in Shanghai? Are they on the streets as in London? I found them very discreety hidden.

Also are the routes and timetables available and printable in English?

Do the bus driver's take cash for foreign visitors?

Bus stops are easily found on the roadside. Some bus lines has bilingual broadcast and schedules. You can pay all the buses in cash but they don't give you changes, so you need to prepare enough changes.
