Cooking knife from Japan

Hello, I am in Japan and bought a 2 knives for myself and 3 for my family. They are cooking knives. Biggest one is 21cm. On my way back I spend 2 days in Shangai, so I want to put them in the airplane hold. Can I go in and out of China with all that?
