About:China Visa on Arrival

Zhuhai VOA 24hrs available?

I am Japanese PP holder, living in HK.(HKID holder but not PR)
I plan to go Zhuhai through Macau (Hengqin)
I would like to attend event on Sun early morning. But I have to work on Sat in HK.
When I pass Hengqin Bridge, it might be around 9pm. Am I still able to get in Zhuhai with VOA on Sat night?

I seriously doubt that. As far as I am aware, visa offices at border crossings between Macau and Zhuhai have very similar opening hours as those between Hong Kong and Shenzhen or in other words, until roughly 16:00 or 16:30.

I'm afraid you cannot get a VOA at that time. The port is 24hrs open, not sure about the hours of VOA office, but it's closed before 17:00.
