How to get to Potatso National Park from Dukezong Ancient Town

Hi, I'd like to know how to get to Potatso National Park from Dukezong Ancient Town. How long does it take to get there? And is it possible to come back to catch a train to Kunming at 5 pm if I go there in the morning?

There are direct buses to the park， taking about 30min. It's hard to go back to Kunming before 5 pm. The train from Shangri-la to Kunming take about 5 hours. Half day is not enough for the park.
