How to book a train ticket from Ulaanbartar to Irkutsk ?

I am a Singaporean. Do i need a Visa to go Ulaanbartar taking a flight. And how do i buy a train ticket to Irkutsk

You don't need a visa to Mongolia. And you can book a train ticket online and it seems that the direct train is only available on weekends.
