About:Layover in Shanghai

Hi, we arrive in shanghai at 7.15pm and have a 17 hour layover. would you recommend leaving the air?

Hi, we arrive in shanghai at 7.15pm and have a 17 hour layover. would you recommend leaving the airport?? why do you say not to leave at night??

If you want to have a look at the night views of the city or have a good rest in a downtown hotel, you can leave the airport after getting a 24hr temporary visa free entry at the border counter. If not, you can just stay at the airport to wait for the flight connection.
