Can I go to Luqing Gorge via Beijing Hub of Tour Dispatch? Where can I find a bus to get there?

The hub doesn't operate buses to the gorge. People usually take bus no. 919 to Yanqing Dongguan, then transfer to bus Y43 to the gorge, taking 2.5h.
