About:How to Travel from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen

One evening in Shenzhen

I’m transiting in HKG for 24hs and need to meet a customer in Shenzhen after landing in HKIA. I land in HKIA 11:45 and need to be in Shenzhen around 13:30. After my meeting I come back to my hotel in HKG at 16:00.
What is the quickest way ?

The best way is to take a fast ferry from Sky Pier of HKIA to Shekou Port, taking 30min. But note that it takes time on Shenzhen immigration check. Remember to prepare the ticket to leave Shenzhen for HK while going to Shenzhen. I think you have a really tight schedule.

I’ve moved the meeting to 3pm in Shenzhen with no rush to return to Hong Kong. I don’t have a flight ticket to Shekou Port, I hope I can just buy the ferry ticket and they would pick my checked bags from the plane and put on the ferry. Thanks

Yes, you'll buy the ferry ticket at the airport after your landing. Just follow the signs "Mainland ferries".
