2 transits in China

Hello,

We are Dutch passport holders and will fly gewoon Amsterdam to Australia. We'll be making 2 stop overs/transits in China within 24 hours.

Are we eligible for the 24 hr visa if we make 2 stops instead of 1? We have less than 2 hours during our first stop. Do we have time to arrange that visa free permit?

Next question. What to do if our flight gets delayed and we miss the connecting flight?
