Can I go to Hongkong by road to catch Vistara Airline flight from Hongkong to New Delhi?.

Can I go to Hongkong by road from Shenzhen (China) to catch Vistara Airline flight from Hongkong to New Delhi?. I have pre-arrival VISA for HongKong from Delhi. I came to Shenzhen from India via Hongkong through ferry but now, I came to know that Vistara Airlines has no tie-up with ferry services. Please advise. Thanks!
