Ferry services vistara airlines

Hi, I am indian national having chinese visa, I have booked flight from Hongkong international airport to India,,
AIR VISTARA AIRLINES, i am trying to book the ferry from shenzhen to HK airport.. I don't have pre arrival registration (PAR), my journey date is July 1, 2024..
Pls advise on if airlines is not part of Sky Pier Terminal Participating Airlines, how to book ferry ticket and transfer of luggage.. Pls advise
