What is the cost altogether for a z-visa.

I've been offered a position in china as an aupair. What are the required documents I need from the host family to submit with my visa application

For South Africa passport holders, the visa fee is ZAR 1,151. The basic requirements for a work Z visa are:
Application form and photo
Passport with at least 6-month validity
Foreigners Employment Permit of the People's Republic of China
Labor Contract with Chinese company
Foreigners Employment Permit of the People's Republic of China
An official certificate of your highest education
