About:Hong Kong MTR - East Rail Line

I will be going to Macau on 26 March '11 (8 people altogether). From Macau, we will go to Hong Kong straight and will stay there for 3 days. We have no clue at all about HK. I want to find very affordable hotel near Ladies market and MTR, could you suggest some? and how many passenger can 1 taxi seat? Is the peak far from ladies market?

For Hong Kong Shopping(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/shopping.htm), you may go to Mong Kok, Jordan, Causeway Bay, Central or Tsim Sha Tsui. A taki can carry at most 5 people including the driver. The peak is near to Central acutally.
