How to handle the checked-in luggage if I take the ferry from Hong Kong airport?

Hi, I arrive HKG with checked-in luggage. The luggage's destination is HKG. Can I take the ferry to Shekou? How to handle the checked-in luggage? When I booked the flight ticket, there is no option to ZYK. My airline is Air Canada.
