Fire Dragon 1976 born, Kua 9. Need guidance on how to handle jealous collegues.

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me ; have lot of issues at work with jealous colleagues; one man is always trying to put me down in meetings and trying to interfere in whatever I do. It is affecting my career. Please help.

You should first address the situation with that individual. Many times our perceptions are wrong. When you let that person know how you feel, he will most likely back off. Communication is the key to any conflict. Getting to know that person a little better also will allow you to know the personality. If this will not work, get yourself a book “ 48 laws of power’’ and study it. Don’t live by it but the laws will make you understand a lot and protect you from manipulative people. But always approach any situation with love first.
