Visa requirement for transit

Hi,

I'm a Vietnamese citizen. I am planning to travel to Australia from the Netherlands with China Southern Airline.
The trip I want to book has 20 hours layover in Guangzhou. Do I need to apply for transit visa?

No, you don't need a transit visa because you are eligible for the 24hr visa free transit. If you want to leave the airport for city sightseeing, just proceed to the immigration counter to apply for a 24-hour visa-free stay permit.
