Work Visa

I worked in Malaysia, company would rotate me to work in Shanghai (HQ) for 3 months, please advise , what are the requirement for working visa in China

The main requirements are:
Passport with at 6 months' validity
Application Form and photo
Foreigners Employment Permit
Certificate of Employment (labor contract)
Certificate of No Criminal Record
An official certificate of your highest education
physical examination
