About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 TWOV entering throught HKG or MACAU

Hi, can I enter Mainland China with a 24h TWOV from Hong Kong or Macau to depart within from Guangzhou ariport to a third country?

Yes you can, but you would have to fly from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by a nonstop flight and then from Guangzhou to some third country within 24 hours in order to remain eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. It is not eligible to reach Guangzhou by ferry or overland from Macau/Hong Kong, at least at the time being.
