Transit visa

Hello.
I am a citizen of Uzbekistan living in Korea. I am planning a trip to Thailand this time and purchased a flight via China. When I go to Thailand, I stopover in Shenzhen, and when I return to Korea, I stopover in Guangzhou for 4 hours each. In this case, I am a citizen of Uzbekistan and am wondering if I need a transit visa in China. Also, I'm wondering if it's possible to go out of the airport for a while if I don't need a visa.
I would appreciate it if you could reply.

You don't need a visa for the two stopovers. And I think you cannot leave the airport for sightseeing as the layover is no more than 8 hours and the immigration staff may not give a temporary entry permit.
