Please I’m applying a visa for my son and I and I want to take someone to act as a nanny

I’m traveling with my son to China and I want to take someone to help me baby sit my son . What are the things to be done to get her a visa too .

May I ask, what kind of visa are you applying for? If tourist L visa, then I think the nanny can also apply for a tourist visa by herself and travelling together with you.
